Congratulations to St Julian’s and Shoscombe Church Schools, near Bath, on becoming the latest winners of our Apprentice Employer of the Month award.
During the last 3-4 years that we’ve been working with them, both schools have shown a commitment to the Apprenticeship Teaching Assistant programme. In September alone they recruited four Apprentices.
Ruth Noall, the Executive Headteacher at both schools, has really shown a commitment to giving learners the opportunity to succeed within the school, and to also support the Apprentices with future career goals and aspirations. She said, “I am really happy with the Apprentices we’ve recruited, both past and present.”
Laurie Wills, Account Manager at SS&L said, “I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Ruth and the rest of the staff members over the last few years. Ruth and the staff are really committed to giving learners the opportunity to succeed, and it is very rewarding to present Ruth with the award.”
