Congratulations to Thai-Marie, our trainee of the month for August!
Thai-Marie joined us in January on a Teaching Assistant Traineeship, with her work placement at Eastover Community Primary School, in Bridgwater. She’s been studying for her Level 1 maths and her Workbook – Preparing to Work in Schools, alongside digital skills.
Thai-Marie has worked hard to complete her Workbook and towards her maths, and has been 100% committed throughout her Traineeship. She also applied for an Apprenticeship at Polden Bower School, was successful and starts in September.
She has enjoyed her time with us, and says she now benefits from feeling more confident in herself and her abilities.
Thai-Marie’s employer commented, “Thai-Marie has a lovely calm manner with the children.“
