SS&L work across Somerset, providing adult education, apprenticeships, traineeships and learning opportunities for our local community.

Due to exponential growth and new projects, SS&L are looking for inspiring Learning Support Workers who are dedicated to supporting individuals to develop skills and gain qualifications that will help improve their lives.

As well as offering skills and qualifications to local people, we also invest heavily in community projects to help disadvantaged groups to improve their lives through learning. 

The work we do is inspiring and heart-warming. We’re passionate about what we do, we’re evolving fast, and we are building our Learning Support team to ensure we deliver quality and excellence in post-16 education to our local communities.

We can offer you the opportunity to work flexibly in a friendly, positive environment, and  are committed to providing  you with ongoing training and development in a supportive environment.  This role may involve some county-wide travel for which we pay a generous fuel allowance.
