Level 2 Apprentice Customer Advisor

We are looking for a friendly, confident individual to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. If you are looking for a role that will be varied and challenging, then this could be the role for you! We work across Somerset, providing adult education, apprenticeships and traineeships. The role will include dealing with customer queries, responding to customers via email, phones, live chat and dealing with enrolments and applications.
