We are here to support you to support your apprentices who reside in the Bath and North East Somerset area. (BANES). Funded by West of England Combined Authority our Apprenticeship Coach will be able to enhance your Apprenticeship learner journey supporting us all to achieve improved retention and learner success.
This funding supports you the Training Provider, the Employer and the Learner through the support of our Apprentice Coaching. They are a friendly face and a consistent contact for the duration of their apprenticeship journey regardless of the sector they have chosen, the provider and who their employer is with.
The Coach will become your trusted partner and guide your apprentice through the apprenticeship training and assessment process, adding a little extra help to ensure they have everything in place to succeed on the apprenticeship.
Support will be provided through personalised 1:1 sessions at a time agreed between by all parties. The support may only be required for a short time or through many bespoke and tailored sessions to ensure successful outcomes are achieved for all.
They will meet their Apprentice Coach once a month as a minimum but more frequent sessions can be held if required to work on any areas they, their employer or you have concerns on during their apprenticeship journey.
