If you can inspire people to “have a great day”, why not consider a role in Customer Service? Doors open to many different careers with these apprenticeships and both are essential to the success of any business, making you a valuable member of the team.
We focus on you as an individual and create plans to ensure you can succeed. We have knowledgeable and experienced tutors that deliver interactive and varied lessons. We work flexibly to suit your needs and those of your employer. You can join at any time of the year.
You need to be professional, friendly, open, honest, and have good communication skills. You also need a good standard of maths and English (we can help you with maths and English qualifications if you need them). Problem solving skills, an ability to use your own initiative, and being a good team member is really important.
You may find family commitments difficult to juggle or adjusting to your working hours and time needed to study. Stay motivated and keep a positive attitude to succeed. Remember, your tutor is there to help you!
Your tutor will create an individual plan and guide you throughout your studying. We will also provide support when you complete your course regarding next steps or further qualifications and training. We can also help you with maths and English qualifications, if you need them. For more information please visit our learning support page.
