This two hour online workshop is for those wanting to improve their knowledge and understanding of the 5 ways to wellbeing, and how these can be applied within your daily life to improve health and wellbeing.
You will identify each of the 5 ways to wellbeing and what it is you are already doing, along with identifying your strengths, and areas for development.
You will explore and gain skills in identifying small activities and changes that can be made, and how to apply these to your daily lives.
This workshop will run online via Zoom.
What is wellbeing? Wellbeing means the state of being comfortable, healthy or happy. The pandemic has affected people's wellbeing in many ways over the past year. Book yourself a place, and starting making positives steps towards improving your health and wellbeing.
There are no assessments or exams for this workshop.
Our Community Learning workshops and courses are designed to improve confidence, self-esteem, resilience and motivation. At the end of the workshop you will discuss with our experienced tutor, how you can continue to expand on your learning. This may be activities to continue with what you have learnt, and/or signposting to other courses and workshops available within SS&L or external organisations.

There are no qualifications required for this workshop, just a willingness to learn.
This workshop will be delivered via Zoom so you will need to ensure you have access to IT on the day and are competent with using Zoom.
This course is free if you are aged over 19, live in Somerset or B&NES, and have lived in the UK/EU for the last three years
