This programme will provide the training for participants to develop excellent professionalism and interpersonal skills to support the aims, values and vision of an organisation. In addition, employees will learn the skills required to make informed decisions whilst demonstrating consistent high standards.
This course is ideal to support you in roles such as personal assistant, legal or medical secretary, administrative assistant or supervisor.
This is a rolling programme so you will be able to start at any time of the year. First you’ll meet a member of our team for an interview then you’ll need an initial assessment and employment in order to start the apprenticeship.
The course is delivered through a mixture of workplace training, tutor-led classes in our centre (fortnightly), group work and individual study.
You’ll be taught the core knowledge, skills and behaviours by our expert tutors who will also support you to develop your portfolio which will be used to gather evidence.
Continuous coachingand mentoring will be given and help withthedelivery of knowledge presentations, portfolio interviews and practice knowledge teststoensure that the apprentice will be confidently prepared for the (EPA) End Point Assessment.
Completing this Advanced Apprenticeship will improve your opportunities in the workplace and chances of promotion. In the past our students have gone on to progress in their careers to management and senior support roles
Apprentices will need to be aged 16 and above with 5+ GCSEs in English, Maths and ICT at Grade C or above or Functional Skills Level 2 equivalents.
You will need to be in employment of 30+ hours a week in a job role with day-to-day responsibilities that support the course syllabus.
There are no learner fees for apprenticeships.
To be eligible to have the course funded you must currently live in the UK and have lived in the EU for at least 3 years.
Your training is fully funded by contributions from the government and your employer.
