In this online workshop you will look at the different methods of self-care during these uncertain times, and how you can apply these to your daily routine to improve health and wellbeing.
You will gain the knowledge of the 5 ways to wellbeing, and the positive effect this has when applied to daily living.
You will look at identifying those things we have control over and establishing a routine. You will explore the importance of sleep, keeping active and getting outdoors regularly, along with the support that is available in Somerset and nationally.
This workshop will run online via Zoom.

There are no assessments or exams for this workshop.
Our Community Learning workshops and courses are designed to improve confidence, self-esteem, resilience and motivation. At the end of the workshop you will discuss with our experienced tutor, how you can continue to expand on your learning. This may be activities to continue with what you have learnt, and/or signposting to other courses and workshops available within SS&L or external organisations.

This workshop will be delivered via Zoom so you will need to ensure you have access to IT on the day and are competent with using Zoom.
This course is free if you are aged over 19, live in Somerset or B&NES, and have lived in the UK/EU for the last three years
