This customer service qualification aims to:
• provide you with the underpinning knowledge that is required to work in a range of different environments within a customer service role
• develop essential knowledge of how to carry out customer service tasks, such as how to manage information and supporting events
• help you apply your knowledge in a variety of industries and job roles This course is delivered remotely with your professional tutor who will also mark and assess your work.

Students are assessed through assignments. For each unit of study you will need to submit an assignment to your management expert Tutor. Your work is marked and you are provided with detailed feedback on your work submission. You can submit your assignments as and when you have completed each unit of study.
There are no exams for this course.
Learners who achieve this qualification could progress to: Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service, Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service, Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service or Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service.
Need to know…
You should ideally have the equivalent of Level 1 literacy skills, however, a formal qualification is not required as this will be assessed prior to starting the course. You should be working in the provision for a minimum of 15 hours.
You will need access to a computer or device to use Zoom for the online training and to download and upload your work.
