This short online workshop is for anybody wanting to learn how to improve their health and wellbeing whist working from home.
This workshop will provide you with the knowledge and skills to create a work life balance that supports your wellbeing whilst working from home.
You will explore wellbeing, self-care, boundaries and environments as a few examples.
This workshop will run online via Zoom.
Working from home can mean work life balance is more difficult to define, causing wellbeing to decline.
If you find yourself in this situation, book yourself a place on this workshop. You will leave with a positive mindset, knowing how to apply small changes to your lifestyle to improve wellbeing.
There are no assessments or exams for this workshop.
