Course overview

This workshop is for anyone wanting to gain an understanding and awareness about menopause. You will learn more about menopause, whether you are noticing changes, ‘not there yet’ supporting someone and/or others’ transitioning through menopause.

During this workshop you will be…

· Exploring what menopause is

· Breaking down stigma and debunking myths attached to menopause

· Exploring different stages of menopause, changes, symptoms, emotions, hormones, and more… leading to insights of how individuals can embrace the changes and gain foundational knowledge and understanding that there are ways to manage menopause effectively.

This online workshop is run in a relaxed and friendly way via Zoom.

Course assessment

There are no formal qualifications for this course.

The main purpose of our Menopause workshops and courses are to promote awareness and remove stigma attached in the topic of menopause to help yourself and others.

Course progression

At the end of this workshop, if you’d like to continue with your learning in this subject, you’ll be able to progress onto our Starter Level workshop or course.
