Course progression

After this course you will have the knowledge to be more physically active in your pregnancy and as a new mum, and understand the importance of it.

You can join our Healthy Mums online course, an opportunity to learn more about key areas of health and wellbeing and to try new activities for pregnant women and new mums to build confidence to follow an all-round healthy lifestyle for you and your family.

You may also be interested to complete our Walk Leader Training programme where you can use your new knowledge and skills to improve the health and wellbeing of other mums in your community, and to bring mums together to offer support and gain the health and wellbeing benefits of spending time outdoors.
