In a friendly atmosphere, you will gain a better understanding of what maths anxiety is, who is affected and why, and take away practical strategies that can support you in overcoming your fear of numbers. This could be your stepping stone into your personal number journey that can help you with using numbers in everyday life or maybe into a qualification.
