What to expect:
You will receive a free login to the Century Tech online learning platform and ongoing tutor support. It offers personalised learning experiences tailored to your needs using AI and data analytics. Each nugget covers a part of the year 5 mathematics curriculum and guides you gently through the course using videos, slides, and quizzes to assess your progress.
A member of the Multiply team is always on hand to help you with any maths or technology difficulties you have. For any queries outside of business hours, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
You will have access to a variety of tutor support throughout your studies – email, 1-1 or face to face by arrangement.
By the end of our sessions, our goal is to equip you with the confidence and skills needed to support your child with their maths learning. You'll gain a solid understanding of the primary maths curriculum and age-related expectations. You will feel more able to support your child’s learning and you may even wish to take a maths qualification of your own.
Assessment of the learning will be completed by end of module online quizzes. Your course will then be adapted to help you make progress.
At the end of this course, if you’d like to continue with your learning in this subject, please take the opportunity to chat with your tutor to explore what further progression routes are available.
Our workshops and courses are designed to improve confidence, self-esteem, resilience and motivation. At the end of the workshop or course, you will discuss with our tutor, how you can continue to expand on your learning. This may be activities to continue with what you have learnt, and/or signposting to other courses and workshops available with SS&L or external organisations.
You may wish to attend our other workshops and courses related to your personal and professional development.
This course is delivered entirely online with the option of online tutor help to support you with your learning. A member of the Multiply team will contact you to help set up the platform on your device, give you an extensive tutorial to guide you through and support you on your journey.
