Our Community Learning workshops and courses are designed to improve confidence, self-esteem, resilience and motivation. At the end of the workshop you will discuss with our experienced tutor how you can continue to expand your learning. This may be activities to continue what you have already learnt, and/or signposting to other courses and workshops available within SS&L or external organisations.

This course is free if you are aged over 19, live in Somerset or B&NES, and have lived in the UK/EU for the last three years
