This four week online course will provide you with the knowledge and management techniques to improve your health and wellbeing.
You will learn to recognise the signs, symptoms and causes of stress, anxiety and low mood, and how you can apply management techniques to your day to day life to improve your wellbeing.
You will practice relaxation techniques and discover the 5 ways to wellbeing.
With more of us having less time for ourselves, this is a great opportunity to invest some time in you.
There are no assessments or exams for this workshop.
Our Community Learning workshops and courses are designed to improve confidence, self-esteem, resilience and motivation. At the end of the workshop you will discuss with our experienced tutor, how you can continue to expand on your learning. This may be activities to continue with what you have learnt, and/or signposting to other courses and workshops available within SS&L or external organisations.

There are no qualifications required for this workshop, just a willingness to learn.
This workshop will be delivered via Zoom so you will need to ensure you have access to IT on the day and are competent with using Zoom.
This course is free if you are aged over 19, live in Somerset or B&NES, and have lived in the UK/EU for the last three years
