Join us on the eve of the Solstice to reflect on what the coming season means to you and how to look after yourself at this special time. Winter can be a challenging time, whether it is the hectic holiday season, the cold, dark days, or the prospect of spending more time indoors with your family; many of us can find this season hard.
Take a nurturing break amidst the drudge and the flurry and have a few hours to reflect on your experiences of this time of year. Process, reframe, and expand your view of the winter season from a new, self-guided perspective.
With opportunities to share, if you choose to, in a safe, nurturing space. With a touch of creative exploration, hot chocolate, and marshmallows, and plenty of deep, mindful breaths.
