Employers’ Quick Guide to Skills Bootcamps
Course Overview
- Start Date: Skills Bootcamp in Early Years – September 2025 / Skills Bootcamp in Leadership and Management – July 2025
- Duration:Skills Bootcamp in Early Years – 12 weeks / Skills Bootcamp in Leadership and Management – 8 weeks
- Eligibility: Learners aged 19+ living in Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire
Fees and Eligibility
- There is no cost to your business to recruit individuals who have completed Skills Bootcamps.
- If you’re looking to upskill your current staff, you may be asked to make a small contribution towards their training. We can provide all the details and guide you through the process when you get in touch with us.
You will need to provide:
- A guaranteed job interview within the Skills Bootcamps scheme.
- A safe working environment.
- An induction covering key policies and procedures.
- A line manager to guide and mentor the student.
