We understand that learning or gaining access to learning environments, due to a disability or mental health issues, can make education seem a daunting and unattainable goal – but we are here to support you.
We strongly believe that everyone should have access to adult education regardless of disability and that’s why we go to great lengths to ensure that we offer assistance and accessibility to anyone with a learning or physical disability.
We have a team of Learning Support Assistants who are there to help you overcome physical or mental health barriers so that you can reap the rewards of further education.
Everyone is a unique learner. By discovering and understanding your own learning style, it can help you and your tutor improve the rate and quality of your learning.
If you are taking a qualification, course or an apprenticeship with us, we offer information, advice and guidance about further education, career options or other next steps. Speak to your tutor or contact us for more information.
You could be eligible for travel subsidies, specialist equipment to help you learn, course funding, help with childcare costs and more. Plus, a lot of our courses are free if you meet certain criteria, our friendly team can help you find out more.

If you can offer a trainee work experience in your business as part of their traineeship, we would love to hear from you.
Our trainees are aged 16-24 and want to gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to secure an apprenticeship, get into work, or prepare for further education and a traineeship can help them get there.
