Holly already lead a team in her workplace, but when this course became available, she thought it would be a great opportunity to gain more skills, increase her knowledge and improve her current practices.
The course highlighted how to build positive working relationships, manage people and teams as well as projects. Not only that, it taught Holly the different ways teams work together, and she now uses that knowledge in her current role.
Holly feels proud she has accomplished the course within the timescale and has confidence to push herself in other areas, putting the things she has learnt into practice.
Holly says, “I have really enjoyed the course and found the whole experience streamline. My tutor was supportive and always available if I needed any support. I would definitely recommend the course to others as it’s helped me progress within my current role as team leader. I am now hoping to go on to Level 3 Diploma in Leadership & Management.”
