We offer online courses as well as practical work-based learning so you can choose the study mode and level that suits you best.

Our online courses are ideal for busy professionals, offering flexibility around work and other commitments. You can study in the comfort of your own home, at your own pace, reassured that we provide full tutor support as required.

We seek to understand your employer and you, maximizing face-to-face contact in the early stages of study and encouraging independence as time goes on. 

All of our courses start with a face-to-face induction and are accredited by the ILM, CMI or NCFE awarding bodies.

What can I expect?

You will need to find the time and be willing to apply the knowledge you gain to your own personal work experiences. Guaranteed, if you make the effort to connect your learning to your job, you will have a good study experience. 

What support is available?

We provide an initial explanation and overview of course content and materials, as well as a face to face induction. Our courses run at multiple locations across Somerset and online. All our apprenticeship courses are tailored to you, but a typical week is made up of one day with us studying, and four days working for your employer.
