Coronavirus and your mental health

We are all feeling worried or stressed about how coronavirus could affect our lives, as well as our loved ones.
You will be having to spend more time at home, perhaps isolated from the friends, family and other relationships that are important in keeping yourself mentally healthy. It may also be harder for you to do activities that normally help you keep well.

Young Somerset – wellbeing support for those aged 5-18
Young Somerset provide support young people aged 5-18 with their mental health. They help with things like low-mood, anxiety, stress, phobias, sleep-problems, OCD and other mental health difficulties.
