How are we doing?

Life has changed over the last couple of months for everyone. We’ve all had to adapt and make changes trying to carry on with our day to day lives and pursue our goals and ambitions. Our students have embraced those changes and we want to make sure we’re doing all we can for them. 

Our teaching methods have changed from face to face classroom delivery to online, to ensure all our students get the chance to continue their studies from the safety of their own home. That’s why we decided to ask them how we’re doing, so we can continue to provide the best service possible for them. 

We asked our students who are now studying from home how they are getting on and our survey says*… 

95% said the enrolment process is easy and straightforward 

95% said they are learning what they hoped to 

93% said they are in regular contact with their tutor and have the support to complete their work 

92% said they have managed to adapt to the new ways of delivery 

92% said the quality of teaching they receive remotely is excellent 

92% said they receive regular feedback from their tutor and know how to improve their work
