Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator

Who we’re looking for: 

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator to lead those staff supporting learners through the enrolment and onboarding journey, match candidates with suitable employment, and maintain relationships with key employer partners to support repeat business.

SS&L is currently going through an exciting period of growth and development. This is a key role in the Business Development team, taking the lead on the recruitment, onboarding, and enrolment activity for learners across all funding / delivery streams. You will be an experienced people manager with strong skills in multi-disciplinary team working. This role is critical in ensuring excellent customer service for all learners, employers, and stakeholders and is a key development in our growth strategy at SS&L.
