Apprenticeships
With an apprenticeship at SS&L, you’ll get real-world experience while working towards a recognised qualification. Whether you’re into finance, schools and early years, or business and customer service, you’ll learn while you earn, gaining skills that employers want.
Age: 16+
Pre-Apprenticeships
Our Pre-Apprenticeships are all about helping you build the skills, confidence, and experience to move into a full apprenticeship or a job. If you’re not quite ready for the next step, this programme will get you prepared and set you up for success.
Ages: 16-19, or up to 25 with an EHCP
Supported Internships
Our Supported Internships give young people with learning difficulties or disabilities real work experience and the chance to build key skills. We’ll work with you and local employers to make sure you get the support you need to take your first steps into work and shape your future.
Ages: 16-25 (learners must have an EHCP)
