SS&L Employer of the Month – July 2025
Northgate Primary School is the latest winner of our Employer of the Month Award! The Bridgwater school has shown their commitment to changing lives through learning by taking on several apprentices in recent months.
Jo Rossyln, Northgate’s Office Manager, explained how the school’s inclusive approach for both pupils and staff has helped everyone to feel welcomed and grow together in harmony.
Northgate has worked with SS&L for eight years, taking on local students and helping to train the next generation of teachers.
“The excellent reputation of SS&L within the local community as a provider of quality candidates exceeds our expectations,” Jo said.
“The support from SS&L has enabled Northgate to develop individuals through their high quality training programmes. This has led to us employing students and apprentices as both teachers and HLTA’s.”
