SS&L Apprentice of the Month – October 2025

Congratulations to Holly, our Early Years Educator apprentice, who has won the SS&L Apprentice of the Month Award for October 2025!

At just 22 years old, Holly is already on an exciting path in early years education and special educational needs (SEN) support. Alongside being a mum to a one-year-old, Holly has spent the past six years working at Free Rangers, three of those as an Inclusion Support Practitioner.

“I wanted to get my level 3 qualification and learn more about children’s development across all ages! The units have taught me so much!” She said.

When working as an Inclusion Support Practitioner at the school, Holly works one-to-one with children, helping them with their targets and supporting them to reach their personal goals.

“My favourite thing about being an apprentice is being able to gain so much real-life experience alongside the coursework.” Holly said.

Tutor comments

“Holly has worked super hard to complete her L3 Early Years apprenticeship with us. Holly had a break in learning to have a baby during her apprenticeship and has come back to work extremely motivated and managed to complete her L3 in super quick time, whilst having a new small person to look after!” Said her tutor, Amy Cooper.

🎉 Congratulations again to Holly. We look forward to hearing about your next success! 🎉
