Building Confidence Through Creativity: Felting

 

Alongside the creation of felted projects, on the theme of ‘Decorating our world’, this felting course is designed to help you build confidence in your abilities and belief in yourself through creativity.

 Within each session you will learn a little more about wet felting and/or needle felting alongside techniques to help build your confidence as you create. Building on your felting skills and your confidence, week by week, you will embark on new projects and create interior and exterior decor that you can be proud of.

Community Connection Through The Arts: Art For Beginners

In this course you’ll learn about contemporary art and develop your own skills and techniques which reflect your own artistic journey.

Over the weeks, you’ll work in your own sketchbook, using it to practise various mediums and materials to execute your vision! You’ll be challenged to experiment and reflect which will enhance your critical thinking skills and confidence.

Yoga For Long Term Health Conditions: Strength & Balance

f you’re looking to improve your balance, strength, and coordination through movement, this course will give you the skills you need to help you reach your goals.

While creating your own ‘wellness toolkit’, you’ll learn techniques to support and improve symptoms of long-term health conditions, extreme tiredness, anxiety, insomnia, and shortness of breath through Yoga Nidra.

Understanding Neurodiversity: Awareness of ADHD

Do you want practical strategies to make living with ADHD easier?

Whether you have ADHD yourself – diagnosed or undiagnosed – or support someone who does, this course offers practical, easy-to-apply techniques for managing its more challenging aspects. You’ll learn in a supportive, confidential online space, with time for open discussion and self-reflection.
