Salary: £29,648 - £35,992
Hours: 37 hours per week (full-time)

Who we’re looking for:
Are you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers and achieve their potential?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and learner-focused Tutor to join our team and deliver an exciting project working with young people aged 16 to 25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). You will provide personalised support on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping learners build confidence, develop skills and prepare for their next steps in education, training or employment.
This is a highly rewarding role where no two days are the same. Delivery will be flexible and tailored to the interests, aspirations and needs of each individual learner. You will work closely with advocates, the SEND team and other professionals to create engaging learning experiences that break down barriers and support positive progression.
The successful candidate will be confident in embedding English and maths into contextualised learning activities and passionate about creating inclusive learning environments where young people can thrive.
