Administration & Governance Officer

Location: Somerset - base to be agreed/hybrid working

Salary: £28,040 - £29,648 pro rata

Hours: 22 hours (could be worked over 3 to 5 days)

Closing Date: 12 noon on Friday 17 July 2026

Interview Date: Wednesday 29 July 2026

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised and detail-focused individual to provide executive support to SS&L’s CEO, Board and wider management team. This varied role combines governance, executive administration, data protection, bid/tender coordination, project management and operational support. The person in this role will help to ensure that SS&L runs smoothly and effectively.

You’ll be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. You’ll be confident working with senior stakeholders, handling confidential information and coordinating multiple projects. Experience of governance, compliance, data protection and bid coordination would be an advantage. However, most importantly you’ll be adaptable, professional and committed to making a positive impact.
