In early 2023, we published our 2023 Employer Survey to help us gain an insight into the new ways your business needs to move forward and how we can best support you.

We had a great response – thank you! The results will help us develop and shape our offer to meet the needs of your business or organisation. We’ll be able to continue to design and deliver Apprenticeship programmes that are right for you, by being relevant to your sector and ensuring our quality remains high.

Employers viewed the experience of our Apprenticeship product offer versus their expectations as 9 out of 10.

Is the most popular day for training delivery

We had some great suggestions on how we can better prepare Apprentices for their new role and what additional training employers might be useful. We’ll take all suggestions on board and continue to improve our service and offer.

We’re delighted that overall we received positive feedback, particularly around how supportive we are to both Apprentices and employers throughout the process, with employers giving our service an average rating of 9/10.

This year we asked employers if they would be interested in working with us to help develop our curriculum to more closely meet their needs. We had a great response to this question and have invited those who agreed to our first Employer Forum meeting taking place in May.”
