Apprentice of the month – November 2022

Congratulations to Erica, our Apprentice of the Month for November!

Erica started her Apprenticeship journey with us in March 2021, as an Early Years Educator Apprentice at Little Explorers Nursery in Taunton. She has shown great commitment and dedication, hoping to stay within the sector and progress to a more senior role, such as Deputy Manager.

Her tutor is full of praise for Erica, “She has shown a high level of commitment since starting the course. She has had excellent attendance to both the Early Years Educator and maths courses. Erica has always submitted work when requested, and has met target dates as devised. Erica was required to pass maths at Level 2 to enter the end point assessment process and to do this, she was attending 3 sessions a week, showing her dedication to achieving this.”

Erica is excited about the future and says, “I am really proud of myself for completing my Level 3 qualification in childcare and equally as proud of passing my maths exam. I cannot wait to see what the future has to offer in the childcare world!”

Erica’s employer says “I’m really proud of the dedication and commitment that Erica has shown throughout her course. She has shown great enthusiasm to her own learning and qualification. Erica kept going during different challenges and showed great dedication to achieving her goals.”
