Being mentally healthy and living well is important to every single one of us – whether we’re living with a mental illness or not. Having good mental health or being mentally healthy, is more than just the absence of illness – it’s a state of overall wellbeing.

There are lots of different ways you can look after and improve your mental health and wellbeing. We want to give you a helping hand, for Mental Health Awareness Week and beyond.

We have over 40 courses, workshops and qualifications to choose from, that will help you and those around you live well.

Not only do we run our own courses, but we partner with other organisations to bring you a wealth of expertise, so there really is something for everyone. Our workshops and courses can help improve your:

  • Ability to cope with and ‘bounce back’ from stress and sadness
