Course Overview
Marketing is everywhere. From the social media posts you see every day to the websites you visit, emails in your inbox and campaigns that make you stop and take notice, marketing helps businesses connect with their customers.
Our Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship is a great way to start a career in this fast-moving industry while earning a salary and gaining real experience.
You’ll learn how to plan and deliver marketing activity across different channels, create engaging content, understand audiences, use data to measure results and support campaigns from idea to delivery.
And you won’t just learn from a textbook. As part of our partnership with Somerset-based Hatched Agency, you’ll have opportunities to learn directly from experienced marketing professionals, take part in practical workshops and get an insight into how a creative agency works.
There’ll also be a dedicated focus on AI and emerging technologies, helping you understand how new tools are changing the marketing industry and how to use them effectively and responsibly.
About the role
As a Multi-Channel Marketer, you’ll help a business or organisation connect with its customers and achieve its goals through marketing.

- Keeping up to date with new technology and trends, including AI
You could work in an in-house marketing team, a creative or digital agency, or within almost any industry. Marketing is needed everywhere, from retail and hospitality to finance, education, health, technology and the public sector.
