Who we’re looking for:
Forming part of the overall administration service for SS&L, this post plays a vital part in the smooth running of the business and the quality of service we provide. We are looking for a pro-active and energetic person whose primary function is to act as the first point of contact at our head office in Bridgwater and will be responsible for providing a professional and welcoming service to learners, staff, external stakeholders and other visitors to SS&L. They will ensure that all enquiries are handled efficiently and courteously while supporting the smooth day-to-day administration and support to colleagues.
This is a permanent post and the postholder will be expected to complete a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
