<p>To work under the direct instruction of teaching/senior staff,<br>usually in the classroom with the teacher, to support access to<br>learning for pupils and provide general support to the teacher<br>in the management of pupils and the classroom.</p>

<p>In this role you will work across two rooms and have a group of key children. You will be planning activities for them to support their learning and development, following their routines and creating a positive parent partnership.</p>

<p>Working as part of the admin team, you will train to understand how to provide an efficient administration service,&nbsp; manual and computer data entry, answering email and telephone enquiries.</p>

<p>Working within the nursery setting at Churchfield Church School, you will train to deliver a high standard of learning to children aged 0&ndash;5. You will learn to ensure that the nursery is a safe environment for children &amp; develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child's care.&nbsp;</p>

<p>As an apprentice Teaching Assistant, you will be required to support children within the class to access their learning, adapting it or reframing it to support them. You will be trained to take small groups for additional learning, which may be phonics, reading, improving writing, number work or pre-teaching vocabulary.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
