It’s Not The End Of You…

The menopause can be a difficult subject to talk about, but one thing’s for sure, every woman will experience this life transition at some point. Which means that every man in her life, be it partner, family members, friends or colleagues, will be affected by it too.

We want to raise awareness of the experience women have during the menopause and the impact it can have on their lives, including relationships, mental and physical health and work. And with over 35 menopausal symptoms, there’s plenty to learn. By raising awareness, we’re encouraging honest and open conversations about the menopause which helps break down the stigma and embarrassment many women feel.

The menopause should be openly discussed, even laughed about and most importantly understood and supported, so women feel it is not the end of the real them, but purely a journey, emerging on the other side in a positive position.

Awareness empowers women with information to help them talk to loved ones and healthcare professionals, allowing them to gain control over what can be an overwhelming and emotional time.
