Trainee of the month – November 2020

We’re so pleased to announce our trainee of the month for November is Susan, who has excelled in both her childcare work placement and the classroom! 

Susan hasn’t missed a day of her traineeship and is always eager to learn, asking questions when she doesn’t understand. Joining our traineeship programme 13 weeks ago she has shown great commitment and dedication, making fantastic progress in both maths and English. So much so, she’ll be ready to sit her exams in December. 

Susan has also received great feedback from her employer in Highbridge, where she even learnt some Italian to help a boy in the group. Her enthusiasm is fantastic! 

Congratulations to Susan and we wish her every success in her exams and future career.
