Future Ready Programme
Build confidence, build your future.
Not sure what’s next? Future Ready is a great place to start. This supportive course helps you boost your English and maths, work towards qualifications, and build your confidence. You’ll also gain employability skills and get experience in a real workplace, so you can start exploring what kind of job might suit you.
You’ll learn in a small group with friendly tutors who are there to help every step of the way. Whether your goal is a job, an apprenticeship, or further study, Future Ready gives you the tools to take your next step.
Ages: 16-18, or up to 24 with an EHCP
Supported Internships
If you’re aged 16–24 and have an EHCP or additional needs, a Supported Internship could be the perfect first step into work. You’ll gain hands-on experience with a local employer, build key skills, and grow in confidence – all with support from a dedicated job coach.
We’ll work closely with you and your employer to make sure you get the right support, every step of the way.

Learner Support
Everyone needs a bit of support sometimes, and that’s what we’re here for.
Whether you need regular one-to-one help or just a bit of extra guidance, our friendly Learning Support Workers are ready to help you build confidence and stay on track.
If you have an EHCP, we’ll work with you, your family and your local authority to put the right plan in place. That might include extra support in class, access to specialist resources, or arrangements for exams.
Apprenticeships
An apprenticeship gives you real-world experience and a recognised qualification at the same time. Whether you’re looking to start a career in childcare, schools or professional services, you’ll gain the skills employers want and get paid while you do it.
With support from experienced tutors and a structured training plan, you’ll be on your way to a successful career.
